Private Tennis Lessons

We currently only accept Interac e-transfer as payment method for Private Lessons. 

Payments must be received at least 24 hours before a scheduled class time to be confirmed.

Full refunds can be offered if you cancel 24 hours or more before a scheduled lesson. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled lesson will incur the full lesson fee.

If the coach cancels a lesson due to dangerous weather/court conditions prior to the lesson, a full refund may be offered, or the lesson can be rescheduled.

If weather conditions become hazardous during a tennis lesson, a 50% policy is in place. If less than half of the lesson was had, then the lesson is declared null and rescheduled. If more than half of the lesson was delivered, then the lesson counts as completed in full.

Children's' lessons are less likely to be canceled in light rain or damp courts, if the the coach deems that the lesson can be delivered safely. 

If you are running late for a lesson please let the coach know as soon as possible. The tennis lesson end time will remain the same as arranged. However if a mutual agreement is made and the coach has time, the full lesson may be offered.

On a rare occasion where the coach is late, they will contact you before the scheduled start time. 

Initial Package deals can not be refunded/canceled after the second lesson is complete. All packages must be completed within 3 months of the date of purchase.

If the tennis court you choose only offers pay parking, then a $5 service charge will be added to your lesson fee. However, most tennis courts have free parking. Please inquire and we will suggest courts that offer free parking.
